◆ Disorder problems:
- Government's reports and education critics are still saying that school violence,bullying,truancy,and juvenile crimes represent the “crisis of education” (They have agitated so since the 1980s).
- Disorder problems are less serious in Japan than in other developed countries.(Figure 1 ＆ 2)
